This is a well-known concept in traditional advertising, but it often gets overlooked on social media.

Businesses that publish roughly 2 posts per day see much higher engagement than businesses that post a few times a week.

Everything is balance, however. It's better to post a few times a week with good posts than spam followers every day with useless content.
